SOLIDUS CPA LLC Online Booking Policy Our Services: SOLIDUS CPA, LLC offers accounting, tax preparation, business consulting and advisory services and personal finance counseling services. Our services can be performed remotely, online or at an agreed location. This booking policy applies for regular bookings for services and other bookings through our website. Rates and Time: Fees for bookings depend on the type of service required. Please refer to each service for the specific rate and time limitation. Appointment Scheduling: To maintain consistency and efficiency in the scheduling of clients to services. All scheduling will be done through our website scheduling page. Appointments are not scheduled out beyond 5 weeks. Appointment Types: Our online booking system allows you to schedule various types of appointments, including initial meetings for tax preparation onboarding, personal finance counseling sessions, accounting and bookkeeping service consultations, business consulting, and more. Availability: Appointments are available during our regular business hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (CDT) and Friday from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (CDT) Lead Time: Please book appointments at least seven (7) days in advance to ensure availability. For urgent matters, please contact our office directly via phone call or email. Booking Process: a. Online Booking: To schedule an appointment, visit our website at www.soliduscpa.com and navigate to the 'Book Appointment' section. b. Bookings requiring a fee must be paid before the appointment is confirmed. When you book an online appointment, an email will be sent to you to issue your payment and then you will be issued a booking confirmation. c. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with the appointment details once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation and No-Show: a. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment by calling or texting 402-803-5900 or by sending an email to: admin@soliduscpa.com b. No-Show: If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, we may assess a $25.00 "No-Show" service charge to your account. By continuing with the booking process, you understand and agree to this policy and understand you must cancel or reschedule any appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a potential no-show charge.
